    "To be honest, I really did not have a great experience. I made an appointment for 8:45am, pulled in at 8:40, waited in my car for 10 minutes , then in the lobby for almost 2 hours, and finally got out of there when I went to the front where my car had been parked for 10 minutes, and no one told me it was ready. I pay a lot for this car and what's the point of making a service appointment if it still takes forever? Not to mention the car wash was pretty terrible. One person to check in more than 15 different vehicles is not enough -- especially when people have appointments.     "4 hours to get the result of the "Check Engine" light. We had an appointment, but I'm sure they didn't get to her car right away. My wife brought the car in, unfortunately she's a little timid. There is another issue with some type of leak from the engine compartment onto the front bumper. The service people who washed the car should have seen it and made a comment to her. I'm concerned that I may have to bring the car in to receive comprehensive service. I hope this leak doesn't damage our paint.     "The girl who attended me first, Vicki, did a great job. The other gentleman who filled out the paperwork was okay. I asked Vicki if it was okay to pick up my car on Monday and she said it was fine. The service was done on Saturday. Vicki was great over the phone when I made the appointment. The gentleman made it seem like I had to pick up my car that day and I had a lot of things to do and felt very rushed. I didn't know if I was going to make it before closing so I called 9 minutes before the service department was about to close and no one in the service department answered. I directed my call to the main line for help and they told me service was still open. When I got there they were polite but none of the service desk people explain to me what they did to my car. I read the report to find out what was wrong with the car and the report was mispelled in some areas. The services attitude was nice but they need to put more effort in explaining. In the report it did say to talk to them first about any misunderstandings before this grade but I thought this information. I am going to call becuase I would like to know when I should take my car to checked again and if therr is anything I should know about maintances to keep the car in good condition. I barely bought it in October. I was also a little upset because the report stated that they checked the whole car and the windsheild liquid is out and they didn't fill it. She transferred me to a sales representative, who would not answer questions, but took my name and number and promised to have Service contact me to have my questions answered. This was Saturday, and as of today, Thursday, no attempt to contact me has been made. I also left a message on the Service Manager's voicemail.
